TimeMoto Work Schedules
Schedules are used to define your employee’s working times. TimeMoto Cloud comes with multiple schedule types.
Whether you work with fixed times or prefer a more flexible work schedule, there is always a way to represent it in TimeMoto Cloud.

Use defined or flexible hours
Use Fixed Time Schedules, in which you define start and end times for each day of the week. Or choose a Fixed Duration Schedule, in which employees can decide when to work during the day as long as they fulfil their total number of hours.
But that’s not all. For example, use core times if you want to define hours (for example, phone hours) when the employee’s presence is required. These core times typically cover only a part of their shift, leaving them flexible for the rest of their hours.

Flexible work times
The most flexible Schedule type in TimeMoto Cloud is the Flexible Hours Schedule. Using this, your employees are given a range of hours on a weekly or monthly basis. Within this range, they can choose to work as long as they meet their required number of hours.
Manage absences
A challenge with the flexible hour schedule is that there is no way to precisely determine the duration of a full day absence. Therefore, TimeMoto includes the option to fill in the expected hours of such an absence for each day of the week separately.
Multiple break types
Work schedules can be combined with several break types. Use fixed break times or automatically deduct breaks from worked times when you don’t require your employees to clock their breaks. Or conditionally deduct breaks from worked time, after a set number of worked hours.
Pick your Cloud Plan
There is a TimeMoto Cloud Plan for everyone. Work Schedules are part of the Essential and Plus Plans, with some schedule types requiring the Plus Plan to manage absences.
