Spend less time correcting timesheets and more time running your business. The TM-424 combines reliable RFID, PIN and fingerprint clocking with TimeMoto Cloud to reduce admin and improve accuracy. It supports up to 1,000 employees and brings Time & Attendance insights, scheduling and payroll-ready reports together in one connected system.
- PIN
PIN identification is a classic and reliable method. It’s integrated into all our Time Clocks and very easy to use. With PIN, employees can choose their own personal code between 4 and 8 digits. If you’re looking for a quick and intuitive way for your employees to clock in and out, PIN is just right for you.
- Fingerprint
Fingerprint identification provides one of the highest levels of security. As fingerprints are unique and can’t get lost or passed to others. Employees can easily clock in and out with a quick biometric reading. Actual fingerprints are never stored in our Time Clocks. With every finger scan, the distances, curves, and angles are measured and then converted into a sequence of numbers. This way, no one can ever retrieve a fingerprint from a Time Clock.
- RFID
RFID (Radio-Frequency Identification) is a widespread technology and a reliable way of identification. It’s used for products like bus passes and credit cards. All our Time Clocks are equipped with a reader that connects to TimeMoto RFID Badges or Key fobs. Allowing your employees to clock in and out within a matter of seconds.
About TimeMoto TM-424
The TM-424 gives businesses a flexible and reliable way to record employee hours on site. Employees can clock in using a personal PIN, an RFID badge or fingerprint verification. Supporting up to 1,000 employees, it is suitable for offices, retail, warehouses, manufacturing, healthcare, hospitality and businesses operating across multiple locations.
The TM-424 connects to TimeMoto Cloud, where you can manage Time & Attendance, schedules, overtime and payroll-ready reports. You can access your data through a web browser or the TimeMoto mobile app. If your internet connection drops, up to 150,000 time entries are stored locally and automatically synced when the connection returns.
Straightforward setup, a Limited Lifetime Warranty and multilingual support are included as standard.
A TimeMoto Cloud Plan is required to set up and use the TM-424. Each clock includes a free 30-day trial of the TimeMoto Cloud Plus Plan, giving you access to its full range of scheduling, reporting and workforce management features. After the trial, you can choose the Core, Essential or Plus Plan that best fits your business.
