Configure your account
Follow the wizard to set up your account and add your Time Clock - Support article
Configure your Time Clock
Turn it on, connect to the TimeMoto Wi-Fi hotspot and type in 192.167.8.1 in the address bar of your browser - Support article
Check your Time Clock’s connection
In your Cloud dashboard, go to Settings → Time Clocks
Add employees
Create employee profiles. Go to Settings → Employees → Add Employees
Activate badges
In the Employees menu, add an RFID badge number to the employee profile – Support article

How does the Support Centre work?
Our Support Centre is designed to help you get the most out of TimeMoto. It contains a large collection of support articles, with new guides added regularly.
Go to help.timemoto.com, use the search bar, and enter a keyword related to your question. You can also browse by topic, including the Getting Started section for new users.
My Time Clock shows a red dot in the Cloud settings. What should I do?
A red dot usually means your Time Clock is not connected to your TimeMoto Cloud account.
This can have several causes, such as network settings or configuration issues. Our support article explains the most common reasons and how to reconnect your Time Clock.
How do I set up a device that has already been used before?
If you are setting up a second-hand TimeMoto device, first make sure that all existing data is removed from the device storage.
This prevents old records from being synchronised with your new Cloud account. Our support article explains how to safely reset and configure the device.
