Calculate and Compensate for Overtime
Managing overtime is critical for every business. Not only is it essential for controlling costs, but it is also vital to promote employee well-being, ensure compliance with local labour laws, and maintain a fair and productive workplace.
Overtime Management is a feature of TimeMoto Cloud, which works seamlessly with our Time Clock units or as a standalone solution. It is up to you whether you want to calculate excess hours or whether you also want to add payout rules.

Use Pay Templates
It is easy to set standard working time and add payout rules for overtime. Once assigned a pay template, employees can clock their time as usual, with overtime compensated according to their contracts.

You can decide whether you want to assign pay template or simply set up a work schedule and let TimeMoto Cloud automatically calculate excess hours to add to the employee’s balance. Whatever configuration you choose, there is always a way to keep track of current and accumulated additional hours for each employee.

Check the total payout of regular working time and overtime. Choose to pay out overtime, add it to your employee’s balance to use later on for paid absences (time off in lieu) or ignore a specific amount of overtime if defined in the employee’s contract.
