Using TimeMoto Cloud without the Time Clocks?
This is Ludo Notermans. He is one of our TimeMoto clients and works as a sales manager at Sportief Sportartikelen in the Netherlands. As a sales manager, Mr. Notermans is responsible for TimeMoto within the company of 100 employees. The company only works with TimeMoto Cloud and the mobile app and does not use any Time Clocks. “I work as a sales manager for Sportief Sportartikelen in the Sittard branch. Sportief Sportartikelen is a sports material supply company with multiple clothing brand stores around the Netherlands. We are specialized in martial arts and boxing and supply these sports materials all around Europe. The need for a time clock registration system arose within the company because we wanted to time track and monitor our staff. We had many issues with employees arriving too late for work or took longer breaks than allowed. It was difficult to monitor all the staff as the company is large and widely spread, so we set out to look for a solution. The expectations we set were that the system could show us who is present, and when someone is present and the ability to print out reports of the total number of worked hours. We found TimeMoto by searching online for different time clock systems and our first impression of TimeMoto was good. The system fulfilled our expectations, and it is simple to use.”

“Now the entire staff is registered in TimeMoto Cloud, and we can use it to register the hours of the employees, to view their presence and we can print out reports. This is especially handy because we work with a lot of interns from school programs. These students require a certain number of hours worked by their school. With a time tracking system, it is easier and faster to make a report at the end of the internship period to see how many hours the interns have worked, rather than keeping track manually for each student. Another feature that we have come to rely on is the Fire roll call, it ensures that we know our staff is safe in case of an emergency. It gives us peace of mind for all our different locations.”
